Vitosha 100 (Витоша 100) – http://vitosha100km.bg/en/ is one of the classical mountain-biking events in Bulgaria. The race reached the maximum limit of 2000 participants in the last editions.
With my faithful Yellow Mouse MTB my goal is to finish the race in less than my best time of 6:06 hours, which allowed me to classify within the first 100 participants.
On the 13th of June my goal is to finish the cycling race in 5:30 or less and to give chase to top 75 and run afterword the 100km running. The things that inspired me to go for the 100km run that will follow shortly the bike race, is a social project I find extremely important.
Never before I ran a full 100km in my life, and I decided to do it because of the cause of Sport Senza Frontiere
In my teen years, primarily with sport, I overcame severe obesity that had already started to cause health deterioration. I therefore can appreciate how important is to give to every person the chance to build their character, tonus and self-discipline in the most natural way, with sport.
Sport Senza Frontiere. is an advocate of a very important mission: to give the possibility for children with heavy social needs to sport for free.
Therefore I decided to represent SSF during the 2x100km effort of the Vitosha and try to make their cause known to more people and bring more support for their work.
Support me! With your help and donations we will gather money for 10 social disadvantaged children to continue their sport trainings during summer. Highly qualified persons will help them to live a healthy life experience, socializing, enjoying and growing through sport.
Thanks for your support.
